Add more softener only if needed. You may need to add more softener depending on your climatic conditions. Use at most 1/3rd Softener in your Klay-On! Polymer Clay. Precaution: The Softener itself is tacky and flexible. If used in large quantity, it may cause your charm to lose shape and sharpness.
